The Crestron TSW-570 is a stylish and versatile wall-mounted touch interface ideal for residential and corporate applications. The TSW-570 features a 5" (127mm) capacitive touchscreen with programmable, customizable control buttons and support for Smart Graphics® software and HTML-based custom UI designs. PoE connectivity and a full range of mounting accessories make installation easy.
Advanced touch screen control
The TSW-570 provides an intuitive and powerful interface for controlling technology in a home, boardroom, classroom or command center. The touchscreen provides a fully customizable interface with easy-to-use capacitive controls, real-time feedback and real-time status display. A built-in proximity sensor activates the display without requiring any user interaction, and automatic brightness controls ensure optimal visibility in variable lighting conditions.
Custom programmable virtual buttons
The TSW-570 provides a universal status bar populated with virtual buttons for quick access to common touchscreen functions. The touchscreen comes pre-configured with virtual buttons for Power, Home, Lights, Up, and Down. Each button can be programmed through a Crestron control system to provide customized functionality, and unused buttons can be individually hidden. The universal status bar can be expanded or hidden using simple gestures on the touchscreen.
Dynamic user interfaces
The TSW-570 supports custom user interfaces created with Crestron HTML5 User Interface and Smart Graphics technologies, providing greater flexibility for UI developers and programmers.
Video Streaming
Native support for H.265, H.264 and MJPEG formats allows the TSW-570 to display live video from an IP camera, streaming encoder (Crestron DM-TXRX-100-STR or similar) or DigitalMedia™ switch. The video signal is transmitted to the touchscreen via Ethernet, eliminating the need for any additional cables.
Crestron application for room scheduling
As part of a complete enterprise room scheduling solution, the TSW-570 can be used as a scheduling panel via the Crestron room scheduling application. A Crestron scheduling panel can be installed at the entrance to a meeting room to indicate room availability and display its schedule for the day. If necessary, the room can be reserved on the spot for an ad-hoc meeting. A CEN-ODT-C-POE proximity sensor can also be paired with the touch screen, allowing instant reporting of availability status to the scheduling application for absences or unattended use of the room.
When using Crestron’s programming application, the TSW-570 integrates directly with Crestron Fusion® software, Microsoft Exchange Server® (for Outlook® and Office 365® users), Google Calendar™ (including G Suite™), CollegeNET® 25Live® or Ad Astra™ scheduling software. IBM® Notes® software is also supported via an on-premises Crestron Fusion server.
Crestron Home OS system control
The TSW-570 can be used to control a complete Crestron Home® OS solution for your entire home. Select the Crestron Home app on the touchscreen to control lighting, shades, climate control, media, security and cameras, including the ability to create and recall scenes that create the desired ambiance throughout your home. A TSW-570 can be installed in each room to provide easy access to various Crestron Home features for both the room and the entire home.
Enterprise-class security
Crestron touch displays utilize enterprise-class networking with robust security features such as 802.1X authentication, TLS encryption, HTTPS connectivity, and Active Directory® integration. These features are essential to protect your network from disruptions and malicious intrusions and to ensure compliance with your organization’s network policies. The process of configuring, monitoring, and updating each touch display on your network is simplified through cloud-based management and configuration. Additional SNMP support allows IT administrators to monitor the touch display.
XiO Cloud Service
The TSW-570 is compatible with XiO Cloud®, an IoT (Internet of Things)-based platform for configuring, monitoring, and managing Crestron devices across an enterprise or customer base. Built on the Microsoft® Azure® software platform and utilizing Microsoft’s leading Azure IoT Hub technology, XiO Cloud enables developers and IT administrators to deploy and manage thousands of devices. Unlike other virtual machine-based cloud solutions, Azure services offer unlimited scalability to accommodate an organization’s ever-growing needs.
