In the case of returned products, the amount spent is refunded directly to your card, within a maximum of 14 days.

Bank transfer

With this option, customers have 48 hours to pay for their orders in the ELTEK Multimedia bank account (IBAN code: RO63OTPV11100M111006RO04). In the payment form, the order number is filled in next to the “Payment details/Explanations” field.

After placing your order, you will receive a proforma invoice with all payment details by email. We will start preparing your order after we receive payment validation from the finance department.

Since there is a risk of running out of stock for the chosen products, please make the transfer as soon as possible.
