ELTEK Store comes to your aid and simplifies the process of returning purchased products.

What do you need to do?

Are you an individual and have you purchased from us? Fill in the fields in the form with all the necessary information and submit the form.

For legal entities, the return process is different and is resolved punctually.

If you are an individual and have purchased products from the ELTEK Store online store, complete and submit the return form.

You will receive confirmation of shipment and the return request number at the email address mentioned in the form. Afterwards, please send the products via a courier company of your choice (we recommend Fan Courier ), to the address indicated by our Support team.

Important notes:

  • Make sure the product(s) you wish to return meets the refund policy here.
  • The consumer has 30 days from receipt of the products to announce withdrawal from the contract.
  • The buyer is responsible for paying for shipping for returned products.
  • Don't forget to write down the return request number from the confirmation email you received on the AWB. Packages that do not have the return request number mentioned on the AWB or those sent without prior notification will not be accepted!
  • After the products have arrived back to us and have been checked, you will be contacted regarding the progress and completion of this procedure.
