Order delivery

Products sold by ELTEK Multimedia are delivered using express courier services.

All products are new and are delivered in the manufacturer's original packaging.

The cost of transporting the equipment to the indicated delivery address is borne by our company in any location in Romania, except for orders for equipment exceeding 3 m or 100 kg, which are delivered free of charge only to the Fan Courier headquarters closest to the indicated delivery address.

The usual delivery time for products purchased and available in stock is 1 - 15 working days from the moment of confirmation of your payment. In order to ship the products in your order as quickly as possible, we ask that after each payment of an order, you send us a copy of the Payment Order.

Important: Orders placed after 3:00 PM and those placed outside of business hours will be picked up and confirmed the next day or the first business day.

After receiving the package, please notify us at the email address store@eltek.ro within a maximum of 24 hours of any defect or lack of accessories of the purchased products. After this period, the order is considered delivered in good condition and any defects are subject to warranty as appropriate or ordering new accessories in their absence.
