How do I order?

Products available on Eltek STORE can be ordered both online and at the e-mail address: store@eltek.ro

1. Online

To place an online order you must create an account on the website https://eltekstore.com/ , if you do not already have one.

Step 1: After you have chosen the product you want, click on the " Add to cart " button. The window below will open where you can select the quantity and where the price with VAT of the product is visible:

Step 2: To see the selected products, click the " View Cart " button.

Step 3: After you have added all the products you want to buy to the cart, click the " View Cart " button, and then if you want to complete the order, click the " Complete Order " button.

Step 4: In the new page that will load, you will need to enter the exact delivery details, then click the "Continue to delivery section" button.

Step 5: A page will open where you can recheck or modify the entered data, then you will need to click the "Continue to Payment section" button.

Step 6: In the new page that opens, you will have the opportunity to choose how you want to pay: by credit card or payment order.

If you have selected a bank card as the payment method, you will enter your card details in the section below:

After filling in your bank card details, click the "Pay now" button.

If you do not wish to pay by card, you can select the "Payment order" option. In this case, you will receive the proforma invoice for your order by e-mail and please reply to the email containing a copy of the payment order proving its execution.

2. By email

You can also send your request for your favorite products to the e-mail address: store@eltek.ro or by filling out the form on the website located in the INFO-CONTACT section.

You will be contacted by a sales representative who will help you establish order/delivery details.
